Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm slowly getting back into Pilates after not going for a few years (I got really into spin and HIIT workouts) and Verve has been amazing! I loved Sophie's strength class – it was the perfect pace and challenging enough that I felt it this morning, but not too challenging that I felt behind in class (some are too fast paced for me).

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Zakiya hosted another amazing Pilates class and incorporated some new moves to challenge us all. Loving the energy!
