Flow
Pilates Equipment FLOW format is an athletically oriented, moderate paced full body Pilates lesson that will strengthen & lengthen you! It is an instructor choice format that will FLOW you thru a full body session utilizing Pilates principles and various equipment which may include reformer, tower, arcs, props, jumpboards and/or matwork.
It is an intermediate level class and assumes you are comfortable with Pilates lingo & equipment set up. Instructors get to “play” in our FLOW class format so the format is always changing keeping your mind/body engaged and challenged.
