Never step foot in a “gym” again after taking our STRENGTH format. STRENGTH is a perfect mix of Pilates and strength training comparable to Functional Fitness modalities that includes kettle bells, weights, multiple sets of exercises, and increased tension on the Pilates apparatus where appropriate.
This is an INTERMEDIATE level class. Exercises can be modified as necessary, however we recommend that starting with other classes for your first 10 lessons if you are new to working out. Not appropriate for rehabilitative clients with knee, hip or back issues.
